By accessing or using the Launch Radar platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Launch Radar provides a directory service where SaaS owners and companies can list their products, and users can discover new software solutions. We do not endorse, validate, or monitor the accuracy of listings and are not liable for any interactions or transactions that occur between users and listed companies.

3. User Accounts

To list a product or access certain features, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on Launch Radar. However, by posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, harassment, or attempting to hack into the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Launch Radar at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

7. Liability

Launch Radar is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liabilities for loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms must be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.
